Returns & exchanges:

All sales are final and we do NOT accept returns or exchanges of any items purchased through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Replacement items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one! Please email kahuaainallc@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your product to begin the process. Please include your order number, brief damage description and any accompanying photos of said damage. Our team will then review your request and proceed from there.
